Soil cultivation is one of the high-cost operations for crop farming. Selection of the optimal kit of cultivation aggregate for each exact farm is very complicated due to some determined and randomized facts. It is proposed to use imitation modeling of Monte-Carlo. As a result of model analysis, it is defined that at the phase of tillage all aggregates could be divided into 4 groups of efficiency. It is defined that enhancing of the cultivation tools leads to increasing of the efficiency of the ones. Developed imitation models could be successfully used together with software of on-board computers of tractors.
