Application of the indicative method for evaluation of the eco-economic system superstructural institutions’ efficiency

Nowadays the need for a formalized assessment of the eco-economic system’s institutional environment depends on the objective tendencies of the economic development on all administrative levels and the existing ecological conditions. Expert judgement of the foreign countries’ experience confirms that the indicative approach is implemented in some formuliza-tions of UNO, World Bank and other organizations. All the institutions managing people and organizations’ activities can be divided on basic and complementary (superstructural). The article presents calculation results based on some indicators, reflecting efficiency of the tax system as a tool of rational nature management incentives in the Russian Federation.
