Application of information technologies in the system of strategic management of material resources of organizations

The article justifies the need to use information technologies in the process of strategic planning and management of material resources of organizations. The stages of the algorithm for designing the management strategy of agricultural organizations based on the use of information technologies are highlighted. It is shown that the planned flow of material resources should be analyzed in terms of the availability of resource sources, service support and prices for manufactured products. A scheme for the functioning of the system of strategic management of material resources of agricultural organizations has been formed. The components of the implementation of the stage of formation of the needs of the agricultural organization in material resources are considered. The results of information modeling of strategic management of material resources of agricultural organizations based on block-functional and hierarchical models are presented. It is summarized that the use of the system of strategic management of material resources allows you to quickly verify the current state of specific agricultural organizations and simulate the adoption of optimal management decisions in the production process.
