Application of innovations, new technologies and modern materials in the construction industry

This scientific article examined innovations, technologies and modern building materials that are actively used for both civil and industrial construction. Foreign and domestic scientists (researchers), as well as specialized institutes, bring construction technologies to a new level. Innovations (financial, organizational, technical, logistic) are actively used in all spheres of human life, the construction industry is no exception, where the customer is not only individuals and legal entities, but entire states. The purpose of the study is to identify patterns in the development of the industry on the basis of the studied innovations and modern building materials. The object of research is the construction industry, which in the XX-XXI centuries. has undergone significant changes. The subject of research is innovation (financial, organizational and technological, logistics and others), new technologies (3-D construction, additive technologies) and modern building materials. Within the framework of the scientific article, the following methods of scientific knowledge of materials were used - analysis, deduction, modeling and others. The author connects the prospects of his research with the development of the construction industry in general, building materials and special technologies in particular. Particularly noteworthy are additive technologies and eco-construction, within the framework of civil engineering.
