Application of the parole under the laws of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the judicial consideration of parole application in the Russian Federation. The statistics for 2012-2014 on the number of parole application granted and refusals of parole in Russia and Kabardino-Balkaria is presented. The author analyzes the current legislation on parole, and proposes the amendments to improve it.
