Application of intelligent systems for analysis of the labor activity of enterprise employees

This article describes the developed intelligent system for monitoring labor activity, designed to optimize the work of enterprises and increase their efficiency. The system includes data collection and analysis, forecasting and decision making. Using the system will reduce costs, increase employee motivation and improve decision-making processes. Examples of the successful implementation of such systems in various companies and its application in the IT sector are given.
