In a highly competitive service environment, marketing strategy plays a crucial role in building a sustainable and recognizable brand. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of various elements of marketing strategy on the brand formation process in service-oriented organizations. A qualitative research method was employed, namely semi-structured interviews with representatives of service companies.
