The work describes theoretical foundations of selective petroleum products modification based on electromagnetic effects in the field of nuclear magnetic resonance. This includes generator description, оn the basis of data obtained from amplitude and phase detectors, these algorithms allow to promptly adjust electromagnetic radiation frequency to this of nuclear magnetic resonance.
