Why is the assessment conducted? The assessment allows to determine the value, i.e. the value-an indicator that reflects the value to be brought or that can be obtained. Utility is the result of effective use. Therefore, evaluation is necessary to determine effectiveness. At the same time, the evaluation seeks to take into account as many factors affecting the value as possible to improve the accuracy of the assessment, and with it the accuracy of the determination of efficiency. This statement is true for any estimated object, including land.
