This paper presents a retrospective study of the clinical efficacy of endovascular treatments for cerebral vascular aneurysms. The object of the study was 33 patients who underwent endovascular embolization in 2024. Demographic characteristics, aneurysm parameters (size, localization), seasonality of referrals, and the presence of comorbid pathology were analyzed. The results showed that the disease is more often detected in women (76%), mainly at the age of 45-59 years. The most common type of aneurysm is common (4-15 mm), occurring in 67% of cases. The internal carotid artery was a frequent location of aneurysms (45%). No seasonal dependence has been established in the detection of the disease. It was revealed that 100% of patients had cardiovascular comorbid diseases, among which arterial hypertension prevailed (54% - grade II, 46% - grade III). However, there was no statistically significant relationship between the degree of hypertension and the size of the aneurysm (p=0.21), while the presence of chronic heart failure correlated with the large size of aneurysms (p=0.04). The size of the aneurysm is also statistically significantly higher in patients with rupture (p=0.02). Evaluation of the effectiveness of endovascular methods showed no significant difference in the duration of hospitalization compared with clipping (p>0.05), which does not allow us to unequivocally assert the superiority of one method over the other. The results emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and individual treatment of patients with cerebral vascular aneurysm.
