Application of combined cognitive and anxiolytic therapy in patients with adjustment disorders

During examination of persons with adaptation disorders, the key differences between patients with or without obsessive thoughts according to a number of clinical and psychological characteristics have been found. The peculiarities of the disease course have been analyzed taking into account its most important social parameters. Significant differences have been received only in the groups determined according to the leading cognitive pattern. It has been shown that use of a combination of cognitive therapy and «soft» pharmacotherapy - with application of tenoten=allows to preserve quality of life and adequate perception of psychotherapy by patients with adaptation disorders.
