Currently, the oil and gas complex is one of the most important sectors of the economy of the Russian Federation. It follows from this that the problems of the development of this complex are paramount for our state. Today, many different methods are being developed to optimize development processes and intensify production, making it possible to improve the development system of objects containing hydrocarbon reserves. In conditions of depletion of reserves of light hydrocarbon raw materials, it is necessary to search, find and use methods that facilitate the involvement in the development of complex (hard-to-recover reserves). The relevance of the work is predetermined by the need for mining enterprises to develop transit geological objects within the already developed license areas at the later stages of development, characterized by a set of geological risks - the strike of objects in the interwell space (limited area and effective thickness, sharp variability in the distribution of filtration and capacitance properties of the reservoir, i.e. parameters that directly affect the value of geological reserves of a potential new development object; technological and economic risks. i.e. scientific The research hypothesis is as follows: the low geological and economic efficiency of developing complex and difficult-to-recover subsoil areas in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug does not allow enterprises at the later stages of development to maintain high levels of gas and gas condensate production, which leads to failure to achieve the design values of the CIG, CIC, leaving part of the reserves undeveloped. This article discusses an integrated technical and economic approach to prepare for investment design in order to increase the efficiency of development of low-permeability reservoirs, taking into account the assessment of project risks and measures to reduce them.
Depletion of traditional reserves, low permeability of reserves, low geological and economic efficiency, criteria for project success, reduction of the tax burden
