The development of composite materials is considered one of the most important advances in aeronautical design since aluminum was introduced in the 1920s. The development of various composite materials has had a very positive impact on the flight performance, shape, reliability, cost, composition of modern aircraft, as well as susceptibility to corrosion, reduces the number of parts, reduces weight, which entails fuel savings.
