Application of the Block Chain Concept in Order to Improve the Quality Management System at the Enterprise

Despite the active promotion of the need for manufacturers to focus on consumer needs, the availability of a regulatory framework and quality certification system, and the regular passing of the procedure for confirming the quality of goods and services to the requirements of technical regulations, the modern Russian consumer market is extremely clogged with a large number of low-quality goods and services. All these call into question the expediency of using quality systems in Russia and requires the creation of a better quality management system, the introduction of an effective mechanism into everyday practice that excludes the possibility of low-quality goods and services appearing on the markets. The paper considers the possibility of optimizing quality systems based on creating equal information conditions from the manufacturer to the consumer. In the context of the transition to the concepts of the digital economy, economic practice proves the effectiveness of the Distributed Registry technology.
