The prospective research with some elements of double-blind study has been done to investigate accuracy of our overheated resonance radio-emission in identification of some serious inflammations of internals of a thorax. A new method of studies - trance-resonant functional topography - has been used. The authors made an investigation with the help of the Trance-resonant functional topograph (TRF - topograph) apparatus in 250 patients (in 120 patients with pneumonia and in 50 patient with acute bronchitis) and in 80 healthy persons. It was found that patient had a rise of the resonant - waves reaction as above the region of a pathological process (inflammation) and total the resonant - waves reaction in region of examination. After treatment in many patients there was found elevation of the resonant-waves response in healthy persons. Some new diagnostical criteria for identification and localization of inflammatory chest disease were presented and some problems of diagnostics of inflammation of lower respiratory tract (pneumonia, acute bronchitis).
