At the present time as a criterion for the adequacy of the planned measures to reduce pollutant emissions apply the maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of pollutants in the air of populated areas. In this paper suggested the use of a methodology for assessing the health risk to justify the effectiveness of measures to reduce pollutant emissions.
