Using of mobile applications in solving the problems of regional administration or problems of small enterprises

The problem of finding relevant information and news for any field of activity is always relevant. Websites become obsolete both structurally and informationally, more and more often users have to look for information on disparate resources, and as a business tool websites are no longer a quick and easy to implement solution. This paper is devoted to the consideration of the possibility of using mobile applications, together or instead of classic sites, to solve regional problems for administrations of small cities and small businesses in the regions.
