Application of the public-private partnership model as a tool development of enterprises defense industrial complex and private operators

In modern conditions, the development of production and economic systems, as a rule, is carried out through constructive interaction between business and the state. This scenario is implemented under the mechanism of public-private partnership. The nature of the interaction, models, methods and specific forms can vary significantly. Special attention should be paid to the use of public-private partnership tools in the defense industry, since it is usually the driver of industrial production development and the main supplier of products for the military organization of the state. Acceptance of erroneous or ineffective management decisions in this area poses a threat to the national security of the country, economic losses, while, are almost incalculable.
