Application of multimedia means in training: problems and contradictions

In article the problem of use of multimedia tutorials as effective source of replenishment and transfer of knowledge is considered. The special attention is paid to positive aspects of use of multimedia tutorials: improvement of methods and technologies, change of traditional forms of education and the organization new, learning efficiency increase, formation of motives of pupils of self-training, self-development, an operating control and the analysis of the received results, increase in volume of information for a certain period. Are considered to negative aspects of use of multimedia tutorials: turning of social contacts, reduction of interaction and communication, individualism formation, difficulty of transition from a sign form to system of practical actions. Methodical recommendations to a lesson with use of multimedia tutorials are made in full to realize FGOS SOO. The problems connected about introduction of multimedia tutorials in educational process are analysed: information search in telecommunication networks, training of the teacher for work with multimedia means, change of a role of the teacher in educational process, observance by the teacher of didactic requirements to educational process with use of multimedia tutorials and abilities to use them, the publication of specialized editions for teachers, absence of standard and legal base of conducting educational process with use of multimedia tutorials. In article contradictions between FGOS SOO and the law “About Education in the Russian Federation” when using multimedia tutorials are opened and author's changes and additions in the law “About Education in the Russian Federation” for permission of these contradictions are offered.
