The application of oil-containing waste and oil-contained soils for the device of vapor-hydro-insulating layers in the ground path of a forest road

On the basis of the Perm National Research Polytechnic University, we conducted research on the use of oily waste and oil-contaminated soils for the installation of vapor-water barrier layers in the subgrade of a logging road, as one of the ways to combat frost heaving, with the development of measures to minimize the negative impact of the obtained materials on the environment. Vapor waterproofing layers and interlayers are arranged in the subgrade of the highway, composed of heaving soils, thereby preventing the winter rise of moisture from the underlying layers to the freezing zone.
