This project presents an AI-powered logistics chatbot leveraging NLP technologies (Whisper, BERT, Natasha) to automate customer request processing. The system accurately recognizes voice/text inputs (93% entity extraction accuracy) and reduces processing time from 10 to 2 minutes. The ready-to-deploy solution decreases operator workload by 60% while maintaining high service quality.
