Application for optical controlling methods of plants under external influence

Бесплатный доступ

In this article the experimental study results of spectral characteristic change of different types of plants influenced by external factors are presented. Differential optical factor was used as the monitored optical parameter. A detailed analysis of structural changes in plant cells was conducted with fluorescent confocal microscopy technique. It was microscopically proven that the mechanism of chlorophyll degradation under external factors is related to the changes on the membrane level and, consequently, the optical characteristics of the biological environment.

Differential optical coefficient, synthetic superficially active substances, nitrates, confocal fluorescent microscopy, solubilization
