Application of the provisions of social partnership in resolving conflicts in the labor field

The article presents the provisions of social partnership enshrined in the Labor Code, the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal laws. Based on these provisions and the principles of the institution of social partnership, an analysis of the labor conflict with a view to its constructive resolution is carried out.
