Application of the entropy principle in the flow processes of the culture industry

It is possible to discover the entropic theory of dynamical systems in flow processes and apply it to the cultural industry. The optimal use of available resources by the dynamic system determines the basis for the creation of an organizational and economic mechanism for the development of the cultural industry in the future. The levels of resource provision for the cultural industry are defined: the necessary one is the social level of resources, at which the system is able to provide solutions to more than 1% of tasks, but not exceeding 80%; the sufficient level is the absolute, the stability factor of the cultural industry. Active cultural service begins to operate after the removal of the obstacle restrains, but passive cultural services are characterized by a force of resistance or inertia. Coordination of existing and newly created elements of the cultural industry using an integration methodology that provides end-to-end analytical and optimization communication of resource flow processes can be represented as an algorithm for managing the strategic logistics support of the integration process.
