Application of Agile project methodology in IT management on the example of JSC "Kaluga Astral"

The article discusses the problems and methods of project management for the development of high-tech software. The features of management of modern IT projects are revealed. Definitions of key concepts of flexible methodology are given. The objective necessity of introducing Agile into the project activities of JSC «Kaluga Astral» is substantiated. The tools for implementing the agile methodology and Scrum framework are defined. The process of their application and adaptation to the activities of JSC «Kaluga Astral» is described, as well as a step-by-step plan for the organization's transition to a new project methodology.
