Use of improved form of TMTD-plus seeds protectant in technology of ultraearly sowing of maize

Summary In the conditions of Stavropol' region the authors estimated the influence of presowing seeds treatment by TMTD preparation and TMTD-plus its improved form on sowing quality, biometric and phonological indices and also productivity in maize hybrids of different groups of ripening in connection with date of sowing. On average on the hybrids and the dates of sowing the yield supplement rose to 6.0 centner per hectare and at the early sowing - rose to 7.7 centner per hectare. The possibility of ultraeariy sowing of maize hybrids (at the soil temperature about +8 °C) with using of TMTD-plus preparation, that guarantees more profound use by plants of total agroclimatic resources of cultivating region.
