Application of risk-oriented thinking in the quality management system of the organization for providing advertising services

The presented article provides the rationale and methodological approaches for the application of risk-based thinking in the organization’s quality management system for the provision of advertising services. We assessed the degree of implementation of the classification characteristics in an organization for the provision of advertising services, which showed that two classification characteristics of the organization received a high degree of implementation, namely, the presence of competitors in this segment of the market and consumer requirements for product quality and supply. To determine the level of difficulty in applying risk-based thinking, a complex indicator G was calculated, which showed that the organization for the provision of advertising services can use the simplest method of applying risk-oriented thinking in the organization - the method of dealing with risks. In order to identify critical processes, from the point of view of the emergence of risks in the field of quality, a matrix diagram was used reflecting the influence of the organization’s significant interested parties on the processes of production of advertising information materials and their placement. The stages of the risk management method (method A), the methods used in them and the corresponding audit certificates obtained for the organization for the provision of advertising services are determined.
