Application of the KPI system in the management of federal property of the Russian Federation

The authors consider the questions of application of the system of key performance indicators (KPI) in the management of federal property on the example of the territorial bodies of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Agency). Analyze the goal of the system, tasks, conditions, and particularly the introduction of the system of calculation of KPI in the activities of the territorial bodies of the Federal Property Agency.
