Application of the KPI system as a tool for energy efficiency increase in the enterprise

In modern conditions, rational use of energy resources, increasing the economic efficiency of energy-saving measures are among the priority factors for the successful operation of any enterprise. In this connection, in this article the directions of increasing energy efficiency and activation of energy saving at the enterprise through introduction of the KPI system are considered. According to the authors, this system will allow to adequately assess all changes in the structure of the production process of the enterprise, monitor the effects of implemented energy saving programs and more accurately plan energy consumption.
