Application of mixed courses in training staff in basic programming

In this article, the techniques and aspects of teaching staff basic programming skills. The disadvantages and disadvantages of applying the methods of classical education in the organization and conduct of courses are indicated. Aspects of online and blended education are indicated to form more accessible courses. The theoretical possibility of using combinations of various techniques and methods of education is considered.
