Application of social payments to taxpayers

The use of social deductions for personal income tax allows the taxpayer to return (or not pay) part of the tax. In other words, personal income tax deductions reduce the tax base and, thus, the amount of tax on an individual's income is proportionally reduced. Social deductions allow to reduce the real expenses of the taxpayer for his social needs.
