Coordinated mechanisms for scientific work-consuming products quality control as applied to thermal-and-electric power stations

Possibility of matching engineering and economic interests of scientific work-consuming products manufacturer and user as applied to gas turbine based thermal- and- electric power station (TES) by means of compensation of producer's high expenses for design, development and production of high quality gas turbine based TES on account of economic efficiency obtained by user in the course of TES operation is discussed in the article.
