The use of modern biotechnological research to improve the productivity of birch Republic of Tatarstan

In the Republic of Tatarstan there is a massive drying of birch forests and signs of their disease with bacterial dropsy. Identification of valuable clones of birches resistant to diseases and extreme weather conditions in the forests of the republic and obtaining a sterile culture for further clonal micropropagation will contribute to an increase in the productivity of birch forests.
