Problems of application of the assisted reproductive technologies (hereinafter - ART) are extremely relevant, especially due to the need to resolve the population issues in the Russian Federation, which are annually raised in the letters to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The problems of the ART application in the Russian Federation and in the world are quite diverse, and they are interpreted in different ways, with different attitudes and approaches.
