Application of welding additive technologies for volume steel surface in the conditions of CLT SamGTU

The results of a study of the process of volume electric arc surfacing on the basis of a machine with numerical control MSH-2.2 in the conditions of the Center for Foundry Technologies are presented. The study of deposited samples of low alloy steel 09G2S and stainless steel 06Kh19N9T obtained with different modes of electric arc welding on the welding invertor machine SVAROG MIG 200 PRO. The optimal modes of formation of objects by volumetric electric arc surfacing were selected.
