Application of queuing systems theory in project team management

An approach to applying the theory of queues in planning project activities is considered. An example of calculating the required size of a team for the implementation of a project described using the Scrum methodology is given. The necessary indicators of the team and the project are determined, which are necessary for modeling project activities using the theory of queues. The consistency of using the theory of queues in planning project activities has been established.
