Application of theory of spiral dynamics in management of integrative development of economic systems

Methodological approach to grounding of management of integrative reforms in open economic systems in conditions of globalization on example of aircraft construction enterprises of Ukraine in the context of theory of spiral dynamics is considered. Two-helix model is amended with third meso-helix. An idea of integration active vMems of each micro-helix in order to change color of meso-helix to colors of higher levels is suggested. Application of Vanek-Reinert effect in strategic importance area of aircraft construction is justified.
