Application of video and film recording in the course of investigative actions with underage victims and witnesses

Introduction: The article is devoted to certain aspects of the use of video recording in the production of investigative actions with the participation of a minor victim or witness, the issues related to the implementation of the norm of part 5 of article 191, part 5 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation are studied. 5 of article 191, part 5 of the RF CPC, compares different points of view of scientists-processualists on the issues under study, analyses and presents the investigative and judicial practice on the application by the investigator of the norms of the RF CPC providing for the refusal of video recording by the legal representative or a minor.
