Application of foreign experience in restructuring innovation processes of modern Russian companies

This article discusses the foreign experience of innovative activities of modern companies and analyzes the possibility of its use in the restructuring of business processes of Russian organizations. The factors that favorably affected the change in innovation processes in leading foreign companies are given. The analysis of the strengths of Russia according to the global study "Global Innovation Index" in 2018, as well as weaknesses that determine the priority directions for the development of modern Russian companies, is presented.
