The article deals with the urgent for a modern society problems of formation and development of the social partnership institution. The research examines typical approaches to the definition of interaction between state authorities, non-governmental organizations and socially responsible business. The author considers philosophical and methodological foundations of a free, constructive and responsible cooperation between the social parties focused on the solution of social issues.
