The principle of dispositivity in the civil process of the Russian Federation

The article discusses the features and history of the development of the principle of dispositiveness of the civil process of the Russian Federation. The analysis of various scientific positions on the issues of official registration and consolidation of the principle of dispositivity in the civil process of the Russian Federation is carried out. The point of view is argued that it is necessary to fix the principle of dispositiveness in the civil process by law.
