Due to changes in the provisions of Article 222 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation concerning the rules on unauthorized buildings, the author discusses the category of good faith in civil law and its impact on the recognition of the rights to unauthorized construction, the concept of «unauthorized construction» and is set to any applicable legal relations, said the rule of law currently. The conditions recognition of the rights to unauthorized construction and new order of demolition of such objects.
