The principle of good faith in Russian law: cross-industry analysis

The research is relevant due to the constant mutual influence of the theory of state and law on the different branches of science. The subject of this research is the principle of fair practice as a fundamental principle of Russian law. The purpose of the study is to develop a complete and formed understanding of the intersectoral nature of the principle of fair practice. The research methodology consists of such methods as classification, generalization and comparative analysis. The result is a comprehensive understanding of the principle of fair practice, its features and functions. One of the key conclusions is that in the current conditions the principle of fair practice has received a new development in civil and tax law. It also worth noting its cross-sectoral nature and the importance that the principle of fair practice has in relation to legal practice.
