The principle of economic reasonableness in antitrust legislation

The economic validity as a principle of Russian antimonopoly legislation is discussed in the article. Forms of manifestation of this principle in legislation, enforcement and economic activity of business entities, including a ban on committing unreasonable acts for the subjects occupying a dominant position on the market, as well as the procedural aspect of this principle are analysed.
