Principle of the plot-image rhyming in V.T. Shalamov's prose

In the article the role of rhyme is examined as a widespread type of repetition that got realization in Varlam Shalamov'prose. The author analyzes figurative equivalents, principles of self-definition and self-similarity (fractals) representing connection of the prose with the poetry. The conditionality of artistic character system and narratology is educed by creative individuality of writer, his poetics.
