The principle of structural- cyclic recurrence in transformational economy

The article substantiates the principle of structural-cyclic recurrence, based on the endogenous approach in the methodology of structuralism, which allows us to identify the process of structural formation, its sources, factors and limitations in close connection with the impact of cyclic patterns in a modern unstable, little-predicted economic system. The potential for self-development is revealed on the basis of the study of the patterns of interpenetration of structural and cyclic trends, which allow us to identify their recurrent nature. It is proved that the objective cyclical nature of the basic processes of transformation is due to structural features, and the shifts themselves are objects of materialization of the cyclic impact, the results of this symbiosis determine the trend of economic progress. It is concluded that overcoming the consequences of the destructive forces of the cyclical crisis is possible with the help of an active integrated structural-anticyclic state policy, taking into account the structural and technological parameters of the economy.
