Principles of the analysis of correlation between salary growth and labour productivity

The article deals with the correlation of salary growth and labor productivity, considers the interrelation between increase of the labor productivity, its quality and capital. The authors discuss correlation between the principle of labor productivity growth and other principles of the work organization. The ways to resolve contradictions between the economic interests of an employer and hired employees are suggested.
