The author is pledging in this article that freedom of speech allows citizens to participate in political, social and cultural life by expressing publicly their thoughts, opinions, religious preferences, etc. However, this freedom cannot be absolute one and thus needs to be circumscribed by certain juridical limits. The author is argued that these limits should be directly defined in law and be sensitive to any infringement of political, economic, social and human values.
