Principles of institutional transformation of industrial complexes in the digital economy

The article is devoted to the transformation of industrial complexes. The author proposes a balanced system of general and special principles of institutional transformation of enterprises in the digital economy. The general principles are universal and define the basic foundations for the construction and reengineering of the dominant mass of production and economic systems. Special principles make it possible to clarify the internal logic of enterprise transformations, considering the specifics of digitalization of economic relations.
