In education, the basic principle must maintain exactly the level in which the teacher can organize work to improve the existing teaching, as well as improve the joint interaction of teachers, which has increased the level of collective efficiency. It is difficult not to notice the conditions of direct influence of management on the interaction of teachers. The juxtaposition of leadership and collaboration was channeled towards the beliefs of collective effectiveness. It can be said that the differences in results in different educational institutions were known in advance by the already existing collective beliefs. Such a result may indicate that pronounced leadership qualities in the teacher's activities help in creating separate structures to facilitate work and strengthen the overall belief system of the organization itself. These are the factors that will help support the successful learning of learners.
